THE HAPPY HOME COMMUNITY

You deserve to enjoy your life (and stop feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and trapped by stuff).

Welcome to the only online community that helps you stop feeling overwhelmed by stuff and spending, because I believe that affordable, expert guidance should be available to everyone. You don’t need to keep trying to muscle through it all on your own.

The Happy Home Community supports you with…

Decluttering

Organizing

Mindful Shopping

Intentional Spending

If you’re stuck in a constant spiral of rage decluttering, re-acquiring items to “fix” your house and life, “failing” your budget, and feeling like you never have time — come on in.

We live in a world of “more, more, more” — and oftentimes, we end up having less because of it.

  • Less time, because it takes forever to find what we need, put things away, unpack the packages, and schlep those returns back.

  • Less money, because those $20 impulse purchases add up and you’ve never learned what “enough” felt like (which is understandable, because marketing is constantly bombarding us with messages that we’ll never have enough or this one last thing will “fix me”)

  • Less peace, because nothing feels easy, the doom piles fill you with anxiety, and you don’t want to look at your credit card bill every month.

With ads around every corner and peer pressure to buy, it’s no wonder you’re constantly overwhelmed by clutter (and returns).

Melissa Welch, who runs an online community for decluttering and organizing, arranges a tank top on a wooden hanger in a neat, organized closet.

This time, it’s gonna stick.

Clutter, shopping, spending, and time are all deeply interconnected.

As a professional organizer, I’ll help you tackle your home (and clutter) inside the Happy Home Community — but nothing will change unless you also address how you shop for and acquire things.

Because I know we just met, but I’m guessing there are things you value more in life — like your family, having savings set aside for the future, or getting to enjoy your hobbies — than another dopamine buy; you just need help actually aligning your shopping behavior with what you really love.

So yes, I’ll help you declutter — but I’ll also help you keep things that way with a fresh take on how you spend and save.

But reading everyone’s posts gives me energy, motivation, and pride - GOOD JOB EVERYONE and THANK YOU MELISSA! 💪🏼”

You can’t untangle your relationship with stuff from your relationship with money — so around here, we don’t.

The Happy Home Community comes with three sets of curriculum to help you manage your spending, shopping, and stuff — because they’re all intimately intertwined. Seeing all three through the lens of what you truly value will give you more time, more money, and allow you to enjoy your life more!

Decluttering School

This is where you’ll learn how to efficiently declutter and organize your home, no overwhelm or negative self-talk allowed. I’ll teach you how to make decisions about your things without feeling guilty, set up systems that are actually easy to maintain (especially for ADHD brains!) and change the way you think about stuff — so the clutter stays gone for good.

Shopping School

Inside Shopping School, you’ll learn how to become an intentional shopper for the rest of your life. We’ll explore underlying motivations, emotional states, and circumstances so you understand your own buying habits and gain a completely new mindset around shopping. No more piles of guilt packages. You'll be spending less and actually liking what you own, and you won’t need to declutter every six months.

Money School

And if you’re interested, Money School teaches you simple (and often, automated!) tactics for managing your money in ways that align with your values. That means real visibility into where it's going, intentional spending strategies, and automated systems that grow your wealth — and your freedom. THIS is where you start to see the tangible benefits of your work decluttering and adjusting your spending — you’ll literally have more money because of it.

About Live Sessions

The Happy Home Community is like having an organizing & money coach on call.

One of the reasons women inside The Happy Home Community finally start seeing shifts in their homes and habits is the sheer amount of support you get inside.

After joining, you’ll get access to 4+ hours of live virtual Q&A and support sessions each week — where I can give you answers to questions like…

  • “I never use this grandfather clock, but it was my actual grandfather’s — what do I do?”

  • “How can we make it EASY for my family to get out the door for school each morning?”

  • “This was really expensive, but I haven’t worn it… what do I do with it?”

  • “Every night after I finally get my kids to bed, I am so exhausted but I still have to clean up the kitchen from dinner and pack the lunches/activity bags for tomorrow…how can I get some time back so that I can actually relax after my kids are in bed?”

  • “How do I get my kids to clean up their own toys (without fighting)?”

The sessions are small group and allow me to really help you go through your space!

Melissa Welch, founder of an online community for decluttering and organizing, arranges tank tops on hangers in an organized, decluttered closet. There are hooks on the wall for 2 hats and neatly arranged storage boxes on the shelf.

“As a new mom with a constantly changing body, I cannot think of the last time I felt confident getting dressed in the morning before this. Now I love all of the clothes I have because I have donated everything I don't absolutely love. Getting dressed is very easy I have simple pieces that all match and I'll look good on me and it has boosted my confidence. Laundry is way easier and we don't have random laundry baskets of clean clothes sitting around because the idea of putting clothes away was so overwhelming before. Now there's a spot for everything!”

In case you’re thinking…

“I want more time and for everything in my home to have a place —but I have ADHD and right now, I don’t have much time at all. Is this really for me?”

Yes! This was made for you. I will teach you how to set up your home in a way that actually works with your brain — simple, visual, low-maintenance systems that don't require a lot of energy or executive function. And the community itself is designed with ADHD in mind: short lessons, simple systems, live accountability, and body-doubling on the calls so you're never trying to do this alone. I am a certified ADHD organizing specialist and this community was made to help neurospicy brains. I teach you how to do this in short pockets of time - even 10 minutes makes a difference.

The Happy Home Community was created for YOU if you’re a woman who…

  • Is neurodivergent (or has neurospicy family members)

  • Is ready to put in a little bit of work up front (in short chunks!) for serious long-term time savings

  • Wants a home that functions easily and can be reset nightly in 10 minutes or less

  • Wants to stop impulsively shopping and feel content with what you already have

  • Wants more time to spend with your loved ones, pursuing hobbies, and relaxing

“I honestly don't have the desire to buy things! I love living with less and I am enjoying the freedom from always wanting to "keep up with the joneses" and just be happy with what I have!”

— Brooke S.
